The legal basis for processing your data is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The person whose data is involved has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specified purposes; Processing is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation to which the controller is subject; Processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person; Your data may be disclosed to other entities authorized under the law. Recipients of your data may include partners, banks, postal operators, carriers, couriers, companies printing correspondence or handling correspondence received from customers, document archiving companies, companies cooperating with Dominox Lesław Domagała to handle complaints (manufacturers and suppliers). Your personal data will be stored for the period required by the legal obligations of the Administrator resulting from the law, or if personal data is processed based on separate consent, it will be stored until its withdrawal. Dominox Lesław Domagała will not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization. You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). If you believe that Dominox Lesław Domagała, as the data controller, processes your data in a way that violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection/President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Providing personal data in the scope of statutory provisions of laws and regulations regarding statutory proceedings is obligatory; otherwise, it is voluntary. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling. Personal data provided by customers is processed in accordance with the scope of the permission granted by customers and legal requirements, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). Customer personal data is stored on servers ensuring their full security. Access to the database is limited to authorized employees of the Store.
Every customer who has provided their personal data to us has full access to their data for the purpose of verification, modification, or request for deletion.
The store does not transfer, sell, or lend the gathered personal data of customers to third parties unless it is done with explicit consent or at the request of the customer or at the request of authorized state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.
Our store also uses cookies. These files are saved on the customer's computer by our server and provide statistical data about the customer's activity, in order to tailor our offer to their individual needs and preferences. The customer can disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser at any time, although it should be noted that in some cases, disabling these files may affect the ease of using our store's offer.
